Delivery timelines can vary slightly by location and courier conditions.

Return &
replacement

  • 360° unboxing video with no cuts is required for any issue.
  • Report problems on the day of delivery.
  • No returns for dislikes or size issues.
  • Size exchange is possible if the required size is in stock; customer pays both-way shipping.
  • If the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged), we’ll cover the applicable shipping.
